Sadad

Born of royal blood, it was by Destino's hand that Sadad lost his parents and became a slave. Sadad, as his name denotes, had 'nothing' but hate until he met Philar. It was through Philar that he discovered what fate held in store for the future of Signus. He found his soul and pledged to be Philar's protector for all time. Dedication to what he believes is right lends tremendous strength of will and purpose, which combined with his swordsmanship make Sadad formidable.

Skills beyond Level 1 include Free Soul, Barrier, Recover, Slash, Guillotine, Vampiric Touch, Teleport, Soul Drinker, Lightning Blade and Rabbit's Foot.

Character Strategy

By the end of the tutorial you should be level 3, and have received 6 bonus points; allocate 3 bonus points into Strength and 3 bonus points into Power. Sadad is able to wear most of the first armor sets, as well as use a wooden sword, so be sure to fully equip yourself before heading out in the field. Any bonus points should be allocated evenly between Strength and Power.

At Level 5+: Head back to the Weapon Shop, as you will be able to wear something better. With your new armor, go back into the field and start fighting hooligans. Allocate your bonus points 50% to Strength, 30% to Power and 20% to Dexterity.

At Level 15+: Your bonus allocation should change to 65% to Strength, 25% to Power, and 10% to Dexterity. Remember that your own individual style of play may dictate a different allocation...

At Level 25+: Buy the silver necklace from the Old Woman in Street3, and make sure you upgrade your sword whenever you can.

At Level 50+: Consider raising your Spirit to 80 as this will allow you to use the Free Soul psychic skill, which can protect you from hold and other magic spells (helpful if you are fighting spies).

Note - Sadad is a good character to group with a distance attacker, since you can take hits while they finish off the enemy quickly. He is slow to develop at the low levels, but his attack will eventually develop to be one of the strongest in the game. He can typically take more hits, and inflict more melee damage than others can with distance attacks at later levels.
