Skills beyond Level 1 include Barrier, Fetter, Warp, Red Halo, Drain, Dark Sword, Starlight Shower, Assassin, Purity of Heart and Hope.
By the end of the tutorial you should be level 3, and have received 6 bonus points; allocate all 6 bonus points into Dexterity. This will help with your initial primary weapon, the Bow. Further developing your Dexterity will allow you to eventually inflict more damage than swords, fire faster and more accurately than guns. As your attribute points per bonus point are equal across all attributes this makes you less specialized, but more flexible, than other characters.
At Level3+: Focus on fighting monsters on Street1 and Street2 (skipping Street3 because of the powerful Spy+2) and continue allocating bonus points primarily to Dexterity. However, bear in mind that before you can defeat Boss and Cyborg+1 monsters you will need to bring your power to around 250, so building to this Power with everything else allocated to Dexterity should be the ultimate goal.
At Level 25+: Get your first necklace from the Old Woman on Street3. This item is very important because it adds Power, Spirit, and Dexterity. You should now focus on monsters in the Junkyard where by killing blue monsters you will gain negative karma (which will help when you get to level 200).
At Level 35+: Start venturing into the Backyard. Now you need to allocate some bonus points to Strength, building it to about 80. Power needs to get to 500, so that you can eventually head to Downtown1, while everything else goes into Dexterity.
At Level 100+: As you travel across Downtown continue to develop negative karma, for it will allow you to use the Dark Sword skill earlier than otherwise possible. Meanwhile upgrading all armor and accessories is crucial, as is stocking up on PAS and Food. Use the Bank! Continue to build Dexterity until you can obtain the best bow.
