Skills beyond Level 1 include Devil's Kiss, Hold, Dark Curtain, Mind Shield, Obscurity, Invisibility, Fire Arrow, Ice Arrow, Destruction and Slow.
By the end of the tutorial you should be level 3, and have received 6 bonus points: allocate all 6 bonus points into Dexterity as your primary initial focus will be with a missile weapon - the Bows. Further bonus point allocation should primarily go to Dexterity and then to Power.
At Level 3+: This is where you begin your hunt in Street 2. Begin by making sure that you have all the highest armor and weapons possible. You will need to build Power up to 250 to be able to tackle a Boss.
At Level 25+: It is very important to purchase your first necklace from the Old Woman on Street 3. Your Dexterity stats will build very quickly now as you gain levels... As you fight your way through The Junkyard and Backyard it is important to start building negative karma, which will allow for more useful skills later opposed to positive karma. At this stage as you develop new skills, even though it may be very tempting to use them, they will only slow you down.
At Level 100+: Before moving Downtown you should start stocking up on PAS and Food; there are no food vendors here so the Bank also becomes very important. You should be able to take on most monsters but developing your Power will help with the Snipers. Continue allocating your bonus points to Dexterity and Power; you have no need for Strength and using Spirit comes later... when you want to use Invisibility!
