Jarexx is a delinquent that grew up in an orphanage on Earth, he saved Philar from a certain death, and now his confused fate is tangled with that of the Sun. Although he's poor at expressing his innermost feelings, he believes Justice is more important than his own life, and this belief drives him onward.
Skills beyond Level 1 include Fighting Spirit, Roar, Javelin, Dash, Fast Spear, Berserker and Mad Spin.
By the end of the tutorial you should be level 3, and have received 6 bonus points; allocate 3 bonus points into Strength and 3 bonus points into Power. You should not increase Spirit until you are over level 200.
At Level 3+: Avoid Spy's and Robbers as they will be too tough. Allocate bonus points 50% to Power, 25% to Strength, and 25% to Dexterity. As you gain confidence you can move onto fighting Spies on Street2 and Street3 (but remember to have PAS to combat their Hold skill). If you have full armor you may also be able to defeat a Boss!
At Level 50+: Venture into the Junkyard; it may be easier if you group with other characters with long-range attack skills. Focus your bonus points in Strength.
At Level 100+: Obtain the Gold Spear and consider resetting most, or all, your points into Strength. Make sure you have full armor before heading to Downtown1. Now build your Dexterity... but aim to have your Strength roughly 3x your Dexterity, and your Power 2x your Dexterity.
